This epic historical drama is dedicated to the great military leader and reformer Kasym-Khan, who played a pivotal role in strengthening the Kazakh Khanate. His strategic decisions become crucial to the fate of the Khanate, with one of his most significant achievements being the adoption of the legal code 'Қасым ханның қасқа жолы'. Director Akan Satayev transports viewers to the 16th century, during a tumultuous time for the Khanate. The plot centers on two brothers, Kasym-Khan and Burunduk, who together confront the threats posed by Muhammad Shaybani, an Uzbek ruler seeking to expand his influence. The story unfolds not only around external threats but also the internal strife between the brothers.
