Murat

Nine-year-old Erkin lives in a remote mountain village. His mother has passed away, his father is often absent due to work, and his older brother has gone to study in the city. Erkin is left to fend for himself and manage the small household. With no one to stand up for him, he becomes a target for those around him. Deceived into giving away bricks without payment and having his only ram stolen, Erkin struggles to deal with the adult issues that have been thrust upon him. He eagerly awaits his brother's return, hoping it will bring about a positive change in his life. However, when his brother finally arrives, he quickly grows weary of Erkin's company.
