Akim has embezzled state funds, leaving his hometown slowly sinking into poverty. Debt collectors threaten to seize property, and his sister needs an expensive operation. Four old friends, Alto, Olzhas, Tair, and Sanek, hatch a plan to kidnap Akim's daughter, Mina, and demand a ransom. Surprisingly, Mina isn't against her 'kidnapping', but no one is in a hurry to pay her ransom. Mina then suggests a unique idea: create a TikTok house, earn money for the operation and draw attention to the town’s problems.
