Kairat, a recent university graduate working part-time as a waiter, dreams of a brilliant business career. Despite his best efforts, his projects fail to impress potential investors, and he faces rejection after rejection. Undeterred, Kairat comes up with a new plan: to open a camp in the village for pampered teenagers addicted to their smartphones and unfamiliar with Kazakh language and traditions. However, even his best friends, the charming but simple-minded Dastan and cynical, tough Bolat, are sceptical. Yet, Kairat manages to convince them and even secures seed capital for his venture. The first group of teens is quickly recruited. But neither they, nor their new counsellors, can imagine the adventures this venture will bring, as the village they've settled in is not as simple as it seems at first glance.
