Jomart, Yerkosh, and Alen arrive in India for a wedding of their old friend, actress Avika Gor. Amidst the noisy festivities, Jomart unexpectedly announces his plan to sell his family hotel, leaving his friends to look for new jobs. This news disturbs their vacation and turns friends against Jomart. Left alone, the despondent businessman is kidnapped, but manages to escape. Stranded without money or contact, Jomart struggles to stay hopeful, unaware of another shocking blow awaiting him.

Hotel business owner Zhomart Kanatovich sends the charming bumbler Yerkosh to Turkey to work as an assistant manager in one of his hotels. His strict and demanding boss Aliya constantly complains about Yerkosh's careless attitude towards work and complete disregard for labor discipline. In protest, Yerkosh steals Aliya's passport and deliberately leaves it in a taxi heading to Alanya. When the incident becomes apparent, Yerkosh and Aliya have to chase after the document. This forced trip brings them both a lot of surprising discoveries.

Arthur Hamzatov is the chief editor of a foreign glossy magazine branch. He's a committed careerist, ready to do anything for a promotion. But everything goes awry when half of their company disappears without a trace in the morning, suspicious messages arrive on the phone, and deranged cultists are discovered nearby.
