Hotel business owner Zhomart Kanatovich sends the charming bumbler Yerkosh to Turkey to work as an assistant manager in one of his hotels. His strict and demanding boss Aliya constantly complains about Yerkosh's careless attitude towards work and complete disregard for labor discipline.
