Hotel business owner Zhomart Kanatovich sends the charming bumbler Yerkosh to Turkey to work as an assistant manager in one of his hotels. His strict and demanding boss Aliya constantly complains about Yerkosh's careless attitude towards work and complete disregard for labor discipline. In protest, Yerkosh steals Aliya's passport and deliberately leaves it in a taxi heading to Alanya. When the incident becomes apparent, Yerkosh and Aliya have to chase after the document. This forced trip brings them both a lot of surprising discoveries.
