Oleg

Chadyarov, going under the succinct name Fan, owns a cabaret in Harbin. One day, a representative of the White emigration intelligence, Fedotov, threatens him and forces him to travel to Moscow on the Trans-Siberian Express for a secret mission. On the same train travels a major Japanese industrialist, Saito, who recently suffered a tragedy with his daughter being brutally murdered. Despite this, he is heading to Moscow to begin trade negotiations with the Soviet Union. An assassination plot is being prepared against Saito, with Fan being the perfect suspect who can be quietly eliminated later. However, the cabaret owner has his own plans for this trip.
