After a debilitating concussion leaves ex-military officer Alexander plagued by severe migraines, he stumbles upon an internet-based clinic known as 'The Special Doctor' that guarantees a cure after a single appointment. His dissatisfaction with conventional medicine leads him to request a house call from the clinic. But upon encountering the 'special doctor', a young girl named Marta, Alexander's attention diverts from his own suffering to a compelling need to rescue the child practitioners and expose the illicit use of child labor.
